As part of the BFC brand evolution, the Smart Money service launch on the BFC App was integral to making sure that audiences were experiencing the best and most convenient customer service possible.

We developed a digital marketing campaign that showcased the benefits and ease of using the smart money function on the App. A social media strategy was composed to serve across all markets, complete with community management and bespoke content planning.

The integrated campaign enjoyed a positive reaction from its audience, with 105% increase in app downloads across Bahrain and Kuwait over just one month.
