To create connections in these local markets so as to become the fun, friendly, and relevant coffee shop of choice for everyone, especially younger audiences.
We developed a social media strategy to bring the brand to life and drive engagement, including design guidelines, tone of voice, and balanced output of product information, brand messaging, and ‘fun’ posts. The content was optimised for each platform, mainly Instagram and Facebook, with monthly social media competitions running alongside featured influencer appearances.
Rates of followers increased by the thousands across all markets, and Costa saw engagement rates far above the category benchmarks every month.
